Tender Name:: Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block and 6-Seater Toilet Block with Mechanized Borehole and Elevated Water Tank

Tender Description:: The Greater Accra Regional Co-ordinating Council (GARCC) has received funding support from the Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFund) and District Assembly Common Fund (DACF) towards the improvement of basic school infrastructure for some selected basic schools, supply and installation of streetlights across the Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDA’s) in the Greater Accra Region and Renovation of GARCC office Block as indicated below:

Lot 1: Construction of 6-Unit Classroom Block and 6-Seater Toilet Block with Mechanized Borehole and Elevated Water Tank at Kasseh Basic School, Ada East District.

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenderers shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents:-

ii. Certificate to Commence Business
iii. Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate
iv. Public Procurement Registration Certificate
v. Income Tax Clearance Certificate
vi. Labour Clearance Certificate
vii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney (If Necessary)
ix. Tender Security – 2% of Tender Sum
x. MWH Classification Certification (D2K2 and above)
