- 1. The Komenda Edina Eguafo Abrem Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from District Assembly Common Fund Response Factor Grant (DACFRFG) to make eligible payment for Goods and Works whose requirements are indicated in the Table 1 below:

- 2. Tendering is open to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. The Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors and Suppliers for the Construction of Works and Supply of Goods indicated in the Table 1 above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the Address 1 from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
5. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the Address 1 for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the Address 1 for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
6. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Address 2 on or before 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 30 August 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the percentage stated in Table 1. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or Representatives who choose to attend at the Address 2 at 10:00 hours GMT on Tuesday 30 August, 2022.
