- The Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assemblies Performance Assessment Tool-(DPAT) and other funds to cover eligible payments under contract for the following project

- The Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, invites Tenders from interested Tenderers registered with the following;
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing certificate
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Certificate
Valid Registrar General’s Business Certificate
Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration certificate
Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tender (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, Act 663, 2003 as amended and the guidelines of Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete Set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers at the office of the Municipal Works Department, Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly upon a payment of a non-refundable fee (from the table above) at the Finance Department.
Completed sealed tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly or the address below, on or before Friday 2nd September 2022 from 8:30am-5:00pm each working day. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal Assembly Conference Hall, Nkawie at 10:00am on the date stated above.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. A tender security of 2% of the Tender Price must add on to all tenders.
