- . An eligible tenderer shall be required to provide the following VALID documents.
a. GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
b. SSNIT Clearance certificate
c. Labour Certificate
d. Company Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
e. Certificate to Commence Business
f. MWRWH Certificate
g. MRH A3 B3
h. Evidence of registration with the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
4. Tendering shall be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended of the Republic of Ghana.
5. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Techiman Municipal Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
6. A complete set of Tender documents in English (and additional copies) may be purchased by interested Tenderers at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00).
7. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 10.00 hours GMT on 14th September, 2022.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after Tender opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of an amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected.
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 10.00 hours GMT on 14th September, 2022.
