Tender Description:: The Kintampo South District Assembly has received funds from the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) and intends to apply part of these Funds for the provision of basic facilities in the District as follows;

Construction 1No. Health Center at Apesika

Additional Information:: ⦁ The Kintampo South District Assembly therefore invites sealed Tenders from all eligible contractors as specified in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 663 and Amendment Act 914, 2016 of the Republic of Ghana. Tender is open to contractors with the class of D3K3 and above.

⦁ Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS.400.00) per lot during working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm.

⦁ Tenderers must submit their tenders with the following documents;
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing certificate
Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid SSNIT Certificate
Business Registration Certificate
Evidence of PPA registration
Sealed tenders with the LOT number indicated on the Envelop must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th September, 2022 at 10:00am.

⦁ Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening of tenders on 7th September, 2022 at 10:00am at the Assembly conference room.
