- The Bolgatanga East District Assembly has received budgetary support from the
Government of Ghana, through the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development
under the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) and intends to apply part of the funds to payments for a stand-alone package of works and Goods whose requirements are indicated in the table below.

- 1The Bolgatanga East District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors for the supply of the above works and goods. Tendering will be conducted through theNational Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act,
2003 and the Guidelines of the Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the District
Co-ordinating Director, Bolgatanga East District Assembly and inspect the tender documents at the address given below from 0900 hours to 1700 hours GMT during working days.
3. Tender documents may be purchased during working hours (08:00 Hours – 17:00 Hours
GMT) from Monday to Friday at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of
Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) only for each set. The documents will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspecting and purchasing of tender
documents and submission.
4. Completed tenders must be sealed and deposited into the Tender Box located at the
address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on Thursday, 1 st September, 2022 after which time the bids will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to be present at the Conference Hall of the Bolgatanga East District Assembly.
5. Tenderers are to submit their completed bids with valid:
i. Business Registration Certificate
ii. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
iii. Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
iv. Social Security and National Insurance Trust Clearance Certificate
v. Labour Certificate
vi. Bid Security Declaration
vii. Assembly Registration Certificate
viii. Evidence of PPA. Suppliers/contractor registration.
6. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each lot. Late tenders will be rejected.
8. COMPLETION/DELIVERY PERIOD: 4 MONTHS
