- 2. The Jasikan District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the
Works Package indicated in the above table. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act, 663) as Amended Act, 2016 (Act, 914) and is open to all eligible tenderers with the following document.
a) Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate D3K3 or above
b) Valid SSNIT Certificate
c) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from GRA
d) Valid PPA Certificate
e) Valid Business Registration Certificate
f) Bid Security of 2% of the contract sum applicable for lot 1 only
g) Labour Certificate for lot 1 only
h) VAT Registration Certificate for lot 2 only
3. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHS 400.00) only, for each set. The documents could be obtained personally from 09:00am to 4:00pm Weekdays. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection, and purchase of the tender documents.
4. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located at the address below, on or before 10:00am on Wednesday, 7th September, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the DCE’S Conference Room of the Jasikan District Assembly at 10:00am on Wednesday, 7th September, 2022
