3. This IFT is open to all eligible and qualified Tenderers who wish to respond to the relevant “Tender Documents”. Qualification requirements are as described in Section III. Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
4. A contractor will be selected under a National Competitive Tendering method through the evaluation procedure which is described in the Tender Documents, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended which are provided on the PPA website at www.ppa.gov.gh.
5. A complete set of Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00) for each document. The method of payment will be cash. The tender document shall be obtained personally. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information, inspect and purchase the Tender documents at the same address during office hours from 08:00hrs to 16:30hrs GMT from Tuesday, 16th August, 2022.
6. All Tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents as part of their Tender in addition to others specified in the Tender and Contract Data:
Valid Company Registration Certificate (Certificate of Incorporation)
Valid Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Classification Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Tender/Bid Security
Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Contractor Registration Certificate among other essential documents and attachments
7. Tenders must be deposited into the tender box located in the Procurement Unit of the Oti Regional Coordinating Council on or before Wednesday, 14th September, 2022 at 10:00hrs GMT.
8. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 DAYS after Tender Opening and must be accompanied by tender security amount of a value not less than two (2) percent of the Tender Sum from a recognized Bank or Insurance House licensed by the National Insurance Commission for each lot.
Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to attend at the offices of the Oti Regional Coordinating Council.
Note: Late Tenders shall be rejected.
