- The Jaman South Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its 2022 budgetary allocation for the procurement of the under listed goods and works.
The Jaman South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the following projects:
Construction 1No. Open Market Sheds at Drobo
- Additional Information:
- 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the procurement unit and inspect the tender documents at the addressed given below from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT.
3. A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedi(s) (GH₵ 350.00) only, for each set of tender documents at the Assembly’s accounts Department. The document will be obtained personally with an application letter at the procurement unit.
4. Tenders must be accompanied by the following mandatory documents.
• Valid Business Certificate
• Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Valid Labour Certificate
• Valid PPA Certificate
• Other documents as indicated in the Tender documents
5. Sealed Tenders marked with project description and location shall be deposited in the “Tender Box” at the Assembly Hall on or before 10:00am on Tuesday, 6th September, 2022.
6. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative who choose to attend at the Jaman South Municipal Assembly Hall at 10:00am on 6th September, 2022.
7. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Tenderer.
