- The Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale intends to apply part of its internal generated funds to cover eligible payments for the projects listed below:

- Additional Information:
- 1. The Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers who have Valid certificate from Ministry of Works and Housing, Valid Business Registration Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate, Valid Certificate of Commencement, Valid Registration Certificate from PPA, Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Certificate of Incorporation, Valid Labour Certificate and with requisite technical and financial classification for the award of the Contract
2. The estimated period for the completion of each of the Lots is Three (3) Calendar Months
3. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased at the office of the address stated below for non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) for each set in cash or certified cheque in the name of Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale.
5. Tender Documents shall be available from Wednesday 17th August, 2022 to Friday 2nd September, 2022 on each working day from 8:30 – 16:30GMT.
6. Tenders shall be completed, sealed and marked “tender – RENOVATION OF ICT BLOCK AT BAGABAGA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, TAMALE” (NR/BACE/WK/006/2022) AND RENOVATION OF SCIENCE BLOCK AT BAGABAGA COLLEG OF EDUCATION –TAMALE (NR/BACE/WK/007/2022) and delivered to the address below on or before 5th September, 2022. at 10:00hours GMT. Tenders shall be valid up to 118 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Two percent (2%) of the Tender Price
7. All interested Tenderers who wish to visit the project site, to acquire additional information regarding site conditions may do so at their own cost by contacting the Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale
8. Tenders will be opened in the presence of representatives of Tenderers who choose to attend at the Akalifa Conference Hall, Bagabaga College of Education, Tamale at 10:00 hours GMT on Monday 5th September, 2022.
