Tender Description:: 1. The Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly (ACMA) has received its share of the District Assembly Common Fund Responsive Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) and wishes to apply portion to cover eligible payment under contract for the work package indicated in the table below;

Lot 1: Construction of 0.6M U-Drain and Concrete Walk-way at Kwame Nkrumah 1 & 2 Basic School

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline for tender opening. Interested tenderers shall be requested as part of the tendering process to submit the following valid documents:-

i. Company Registration Certificate
ii. Certificate to Commence Business
iii. Registrar General’s Renewal Certificate
iv. Public Procurement Registration Certificate
v. Income Tax Clearance Certificate
vi. Labour Clearance Certificate
vii. SSNIT Clearance Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney (If Necessary)
ix. Tender Security – 2% of Tender Sum
x. MWH Classification Certification (D2K2 and above)
