Tender Description:: Bosome Freho District Assembly intends to apply part of its share of the District Development Fund (DDF) to cover eligible payment for the procurement of works for the projects below:
Sectional Completion of Block ‘A’ of Market Store and Lorry Park Complex at Asiwa
Concrete Pavement of the Entrance of Asiwa Lorry Park with; (2no. Rest Shed, 10-Seater Toilet Facility and Fencing)

Additional Information:: The Bosome Freho District Assembly therefore invites bids from competent contractors to bid for the execution of the above project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

A complete set of Bid document may be purchased by eligible Bidders at the District Assembly from Monday 15th August, 2022 upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 400.00.

In addition to the general requirements stated in the Bid document, all bidders should also provide the following:

Valid Registrar General Certificate
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid MWR, Works and Housing Registration Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Bid security (2%)
Registration with PPA
Completed Bid document shall be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30Hrs GMT on Tuesday 30th August, 2022. Bid shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the deadline of the Bid submission and must be accompanied by a signed and stamped Bid security of 2% of the Bid price.
