- The Tain District Assembly in the Bono Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Development Fund (DDF) under DPAT VI to cover eligible payment as indicated in the Table below.

Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3) and above for lot 1 and 2 only
Valid SNNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
Valid Registrar General’s Registration Certificate (with current annual renewed receipt)
Valid Public Procurement Authority (PPA)Registration Certificate OR evidence of registration
Valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certificate will be an advantage.
Valid VAT Registration Certificate for lot 3
Tender security : 2%
Tendering will be conducted under national competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Tender Document.
Tender documents (and additional information) may be inspected and purchased at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director, Tain District Assembly, Nsawkaw – B/R for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) starting from 17th August, 2022 between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm on working days.
Tenders must be accompanied with a Tender Security of Two Percent of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Cheque or Bid Bond from a reputable financial institution/reputable insurance firm. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the address indicated below.
Sealed Tenders bearing the address below should be submitted into the Tender Box located at the Assembly Hall (Room 9) on or before 30th August, 2022 at 10:00am prompt. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on Thursday, 30th August, 2022, 10:00am prompt at the Assembly Hall (Room 9). Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening.
