Tender Description:: The BUILSA SOUTH DISTRICT ASSEMBLY consequently, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors who registered with the Ministry of Works and Housing with class D3K3 category or higher and also registered with the Public Procurement Authority for the execution of the following projects as tabled below:
Construction of 1No. 2-Unit Kindergarten School Block

Additional Information:: ⦁ Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering(NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003(Act 663) as amended, the Amendment Act, 2016(Act 914) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
⦁ Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the District Coordinating Director, Builsa South District Assembly from 9:00am to 4: pm local time during the week days starting from Wednesday, August17th, 2022.
⦁ eligible bidders shall be required to provide the following documents:
⦁ Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate of Classification D3K3 or higher
⦁ Valid Ghana Revenue Authority’s Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Labour Certificate
⦁ Valid Registrar General’s Certificate
⦁ Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Certificate of Registration
Bid Security valid for 120 days (GH₵) :1,500.00
Qualifying Class: D3,K3 or higher
Completed bids must be sealed, marked, addressed and delivered on or before 10:00 am on Wednesday13thSeptember, 2022 at which time, the bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the conference hall of the Assembly.
