- The East Gonja Municipal Assembly in the Savannah Region of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from its share of the District Assembly Common Fund Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payments under contract for the following projects.

- ⦁ The East Gonja Municipal Assembly, herein
⦁ after referred to as the contracting authority, invites Tenders from interested registered Tenderers with the following documentations:
(a) Tender Security (b) a valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate (c) a valid Ghana Revenue Authority Certificate (d) Evidence of registration with the Public Procurement Authority. (f) Registrar Generals’ Business certificate and in the case of Co-mpanies (g) certificate of Incorporation. In addition, tenderers are to provide the following documents.
i Valid Ministry of Works and Housing certificate (category D3K3 and above)
ii Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
⦁ Tendering will be conducted under the National Competitive Tender (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663 of 2003/ and amended Act 914 of 2016 and the guidelines of Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
⦁ Eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at the Office of the East Gonja Municipal Assembly from 9:00am – 5:00pm local time daily.
⦁ A complete Set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by interested and eligible Tenderers at the office of the East Gonja Municipal Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and fifty Ghana Cedis (GH¢350.00) at the account office.
⦁ Completed sealed tender documents shall be deposited in the Tender Box at the office of the East Gonja Municipal Assembly or the address below, on or before Wednesday 31st August, 2022 at 10:00am. Tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall, Salaga at 10:00am on the date stated above.
⦁ Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender Submission. A tender security of 2% of the Tender Price must be added on to all tenders.
