Tender Name:: Construction of 1No. 45-Seater capacity Computer lab, complete, Furnished and 1No. Changing Room with Wash Facility and Fully Equipped at OLL Girls JSS. At Navrongo (model JSS)

Tender Description:: The Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of the District Performance Assessment Tools (DPAT), to cover eligible payment under the contract for the procurement of Goods and Works in the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly of the Upper-East Region for the 2022 financial year. The Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the procurement of the Projects mentioned below:

Construction of 1No. 45-Seater capacity Computer lab, complete, Furnished and 1No. Changing Room with Wash Facility and Fully Equipped at OLL Girls JSS. At Navrongo (model JSS)

Additional Information:: ⦁ Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003, Amended 2016 (Act 914), and in the Guidelines issued by Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
⦁ In addition to the general requirements stated in the tender documents, all tenderers should provide the following as part of their tenders.
⦁ Certificate of incorporation
⦁ Valid VAT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Registrar General’s Department Certificate
⦁ Valid MWRWH Certificate( D3,K3 or above)
⦁ Valid Labour Clearance Certificate for Works
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Certificate to Commerce Business
⦁ Duly Registered with the Public Procurement Authority
⦁ Power of Attorney

⦁ Tenderers may purchase a complete set of Tender documents at the Kassena Nankana Municipal Assembly upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00) for each set of Documents.

⦁ The Completed sealed Tenders should be submitted in the tender box at the Assembly’s Registry office on/before Wednesday, September 14 , 2022 at 10:00a.m.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of tender submission

⦁ Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ Representatives, who choose to attend at the Municipal Assembly Hall at 10.00am on Wednesday 14th September, 2022.
