- The NABDAM DISTRICT ASSEMBLY has received funds from the District Development Facility (DDF) and intends to apply part of the budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under contract for the Procurement of Works as stated below:
Construction of 2-Unit Classroom Block at Nyogbare
- Additional Information:
- 1. Tendering shall be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible Tenderers may purchase a complete set of the Tender Documents at the office of the District Procurement Unit of the Nabdam District Assembly for a non-refundable fee of GH₵ 250.00 from 9:00am to 4:00pm local time during week days from Tuesday, 23rd August, 2022. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the address below:
3. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 Days after tender submission and opening. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2%. of the contract sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable Commercial Bank, or a Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission.
4. The Bids shall be accompanied by:
a. Tender Security
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate
e. Valid Business Registration Certificate (With current annual renewed receipt)
f. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3 and above)
g. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
h. Power of attorney where applicable
5. Completed sealed Bids bearing the address below must be submitted into the Tender Box located at the reception of Nabdam District Assembly on or before 10:00am on Tuesday 6th September, 2022 at which time the Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the Assembly Mini Conference Hall.
