Tender Description:: The Wassa East District Assembly intends to use part of its budgetary allocation to execute the project indicated below. The Wassa East District Assembly therefore invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors.

LOT 1.
WR/WEDA/WKS/030/22
CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. CHPS COMPOUND AT HIMANSO.

LOT 2.
WR/WEDA/WKS/002/22
CONSTRUCTION OF 1NO. 3-units BLOCK WITH OFFICE, STAFF COMMON ROOM, STORE AT KAKABO AND SUPPLY OF 200NO. DUAL DESK AND 200NO. MONO DESK.

Additional Information:: 1. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act. 2003 (Act. 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Board of the Republic of Ghana.
2. In addition to the general requirement stated in the Tender Document, all eligible tenderers should provide the following, alongside their tenders:
(a). Valid Registrar-General’s Department Certificate
(b). Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
(c). Valid SSNIT Certificate
(d). Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(e). Valid Labour Certificate
(f). PPA Registration Certificate
3. Complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased from the office of the District Coordinating Director during working hours upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00).
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by Tender Security in the amount of Two percent (2%) of the Tender Price.
5. Completed Tender Documents are to be deposited in the Tender Box located at the office the District Coordinating Director, Daboase, P.O. Box 33, Daboase on or before 10:00 hours GMT on 14TH SEPTEMBER, 2022 after which the tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to attend.
