- The Ejisu Municipal Assembly has received funds from the DACF- RFG (DPAT), District Assembly common fund (DACF) and the internally generated fund (IGF) and intends to apply part for payments of contracts as indicated below:
Construction of 1No. 2-Unit KG Block with Ancillary facilities (Office and Store)

- 1. The Ejisu Municipal Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the Procurement of the above items in lots.
Tenders will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested tenderers are required to submit the following statutory documents:
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate (With Renewal Receipt)
Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Bid Security of 2% of the total tender price
Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Classification Certificate (D3K3) and above
Valid PPA Suppliers/Contractors Registration Certificate
ELIGIBLE TENDERERS : D3K3 and above
3. The Municipal Assembly is however not bound to accept the lowest tenderer.
4. Interested Tenderers may purchase Tender Documents from Tuesday 23rd August, 2022 at a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHȼ 400.00) only.
The method of payment for the tender document will be by cash to Ejisu Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region.
5. All Tenders must be deposited in the Tender box at the Assembly hall on or before Tuesday, 13h September 2022 at 10:30am. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend the opening, on Tuesday, 13th September, 2022 at the Assembly Hall of the Municipal Assembly in Ejisu.
