- The Methodist Hospital Wenchi intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Funds (IGF) to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of the following:

- The Methodist Hospital Wenchi now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for the supply of the above.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and Regulation of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain information from Methodist Hospital, Wenchi and inspect the tender document from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible suppliers with the listed documents below:
Valid Registrar General Certificate with up to date Renewal Receipts
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate
Evidence of PPA Registration
Pharmacy Council Certificate where applicable.
Submission of samples of items being tendered for.
Tenders must be submitted with the above-mentioned mandatory documents. Failure will constitute grounds for rejection.
A complete set of tender documents in English Language would be available to interested eligible suppliers upon payment of non-refundable fee of GHȻ300.00 for each tender document at Accounts department of the hospital.
All completed tenders must be signed, sealed and clearly marked with the package number and should be deposited in a tender box located in front of the Procurement Office of the Methodist Hospital Wenchi on/or before 2:30 pm, Monday 29th August, 2022. Late tenders will be rejected.
Tenders shall be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the hospital’s conference room on 5th September, 2022 at 2:30 pm.
