Additional Information:: a. Tenderers as part of the tendering process shall submit the following documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate
(D2, K2 and above)
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Tax Clearance Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
vii. Valid Power of Attorney

b. Tender Documents must be delivered to the address below and deposited in the tender box placed at the New Office Complex of the Ahafo Ano South-East District Assembly, Adugyama-Ashanti on or before 10:00am on Friday 16th September, 2022. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened thereafter on this same day at 10:00 am in the presence of the Tenderers or their representative who may choose to attend.

c. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the corresponding bid security of (2%) of the tender price from the Bank or Insurance Company.
