Tender Name:: Construction of 4-Unit Workshop for Nsoatre Vocational and Technical School.

Tender Description:: The Sunyani West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to finance eligible payments under contract for infrastructural projects. The source of project funds is DACF-RFG. The Assembly therefore invites sealed bidders from eligible bidders for the execution of the projects and the requirements are indicated in the Table below.

Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the procurement Authority (PPA). Tender Document may be purchased at non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Cedis (GH¢500.00).
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address above from 09:00 am to 5:00 pm during working days.
Bids shall be accompanied by:

Bid Security, which shall be valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days after tender opening from a recognized insurance company or from bank in the form of Bankers draft, certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee.
Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate
Valid SSNIT Certificate
Valid Labour Certificate
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Registration with Public Procurement Authority
Qualifying Class: D3K3 & above
Tender Security: 2%

Completed tenders shall be deposited in the tender box at the Municipal Assembly Conference Hall with the address below on or before Thursday 22nd September, 2022 at 10:00 am. The tender will be opened in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on 22nd September, 2022 at Municipal Assembly Conference Hall at 10:00am. Late submission will be rejected.
