- The District Development Facility (DDF-RFG), represented by the Kpandai District Assembly intends to apply part of the Fund to cover eligible payments Construction and Furnishing of 1No. District Fire Service Office at Kpandai
- Additional Information:
- The Kpandai District Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible contractors or their authorised representatives for the construction of the above mentioned projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering process specified in the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act 2016 (Act 914), Act 2003 (Act 663) and in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Four Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢400. 00) only at the office of the District Co-ordinating Director.
Tender shall remain valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant tender Securities in the form of a Certified Bank Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Bid Bond from a reputable Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission and acceptable to the Kpandai District Assembly in the sum of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢5,000.00) only.
Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents:
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Business Registration Certificate
Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
Valid SSNIT Certificate
Labour Certificate
Bid securing declaration
PPA registration Certificate
Tenderers must submit 2 photocopies in addition to 1 ORIGINAL COPY, each containing all relevant documents and bound neatly together. Completed Tender Documents must be deposited in the tender Box located in the office of the District Chief Executive on or before 10:00 hours on Tuesday, 13, September,, 2022. Late tenders will be rejected.
