- The Wassa Amenfi West Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to eligible payment under the following contract;
Lot 1
Project: Construction of Fire Service Office at Asankrangwa
Lot 2
Project: Construction of 3 No. unit Market Shed at Asankrangwa-Cuba
Lot 3
Project: Construction of 2 No. Unit Market Shed at Asankrangwa-Cuba and Mumuni
Lot 4
Project: Reshaping of Asankrangwa Town Roads and others (15.6 km)
- Additional Information:
- The Municipal Assembly invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, for the procurement of the above mentioned works. All eligible bidders are required to provide the following:
i. Valid Ministry of Roads and Highways Certificate
ii. Valid Business Registration Certificate
iii. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
iv. Valid Labor Certificate
v. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
vi. Tender Security in the sum of 2 per cent of the contract sum
vii. PPA Registration Certificate
Interested eligible tenders may purchase tender document from the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive at a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵350.00) from 24th August, 2022 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm during working days.
Complete Bidding Document sealed in an envelope bearing project name shall be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 o’clock am GMT on 20th September, 2022. Late submission would be rejected.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Contract Sum per each lot.
Tender Security shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of submission.
NB: Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
