- The Asutifi North District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments for contracts for the under-mentioned projects in the District.

- The Asutifi North District Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the above mentioned works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) 914 ,2016 as amended.
3. A complete set of the bidding documents should be purchased by interested and eligible bidders at the DPCU Office of the Asutifi North District Assembly within normal working hours from 09.00hours to 17.00 hours GMT at a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred and Fifty Ghana Cedis (GH₵ 250.00) per set document. Tenderers shall submit with each tender, a Bid Security of 2% of the tender price in the form prescribed in the tender document.
4. Tenderers are required to submit their tenders with the following documents in support of their Tenders.
Valid Ministry of Water Resources Works and Housing Certificate.
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
Valid GRA Certificate.
Valid Labour Certificate.
Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General’s Department.
Valid Registration Certificate from Public Procurement Authority (PPA)

5. Tender documents bearing the Project Name, Contract No. and in sealed envelopes shall be delivered to the address below or deposited in the “Tender Box” at the District Assembly Conference Hall on or before Tuesday 14th September 2022, at 10.00 GMT Tenders shall be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the District Assembly’s Conference Room on the same day of opening Tuesday 14th September 2022 at 10:00am. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after opening.
