- The Ga South Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above projects. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) as amended, and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A complete set of Tender Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers from the address below upon a submission of a written application and a payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) from 09:00 to 16:00 hours GMT during working days.
4. All Tenders shall be accompanied by the following documents where necessary:
(a) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(b) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
(c) Valid Labour Certificate
(d) Valid MWH Classification (D3K3) or above
(e) Valid PPA Registration Certificate
(f) Tender Security and other documents indicated in the Tender Data.
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated above. Late tenders will be rejected.
6. Tenders must be signed, sealed and deposited in a Tender Box at the Conference Hall of the Assembly at or before 10:00 am on Thursday 15th September, 2022. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall at 10:00 am GMT on Thursday 15th September, 2022
