Tender Description:: The Government of Ghana through Ghana Education Trust Fund (GETFUND) and District Assembly’s Common Fund-Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) have allocated funds to Guan District Assembly and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under contract for the Construction of 1No.3-Bed Room Self Contain Bungalow.

The Guan District Assembly invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the execution of the project:

Construction of 1No.3-Bed Room Self Contain Bungalow and Boys Quarters for the District Health Director, at Likpe Mate.

Additional Information:: Tenders shall be valid for a period of 190 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by relevant a tender security of 2% of Tender Price from a recognized bank in the form of Bank Draft, certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bonds from insurance firms currently in good standing with the national Insurance Commission.

Interested eligible Tenderers and Proponents shall be required to produce
(1) Valid Works and Housing Certificate D3, K3 and above
(2) Valid Labour Certificate
(3) Valid Business Registration Certificate
(4) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
(5) Valid SSINT Clearance Certificate
(6) Valid Public Procurement Authority’s Registration Certificate and
(7) The winner shall provide EPA Certificate before mobilizing.
