Tender Description:: The Northern Regional Coordinating Council now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors with valid Ministry of Works and Housing classification Certificate( D2K2 or above) for the under listed projects:

1. Construction of 1No. 2 Storey 12-Unit Classroom Block Kpatinga Senior High School in Gushegu

2. Construction of 1No. 8-Unit Dormitory Block with Stairs outside Building(courtyard type) at Nyong Vocational and Technical School in Karaga

Additional Information:: Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (663) and as amended in 2016 (Act 914).
Interested Tenderers may inspect and purchase Tender documents at the Regional Planning Coordinating Unit (RPCU) of the Northern Regional Coordinating Council at a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢1,000.00) for each Lot. Tenders shall be opened immediately after Tender closing – on Wednesday, 14 th September 2022 – in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Tenderers are required to submit with their Tenders the under listed documents:
i. Valid Business Registration Certificates
ii. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works & Housing Certificate (D2K2 or above)
iii. Valid SSNIT clearance Certificate
iv. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority Clearance Certificate
vii. Tender Security – 2% of Contract Sum/Tender Price
viii. Other Documents indicated in the Tender Data.
Tenders shall be delivered to the office of the Regional Development Planning Officer (Room 72, Tel: 0540875117 email:abukyunus64@gmail.com ) at the NRCC and shall be valid for 120 days after Tender submission.
Late Tenders will be rejected.
