- The Member of Parliament for Atwima Kwanwoma Constituency has received funding from
District Assembly Comon Fund (DACF) NHIA and intends to apply this fund to cover the eligible
payments under the contract indicated below. Tender is open to all tenderers from eligible source within
the country as defined in the National Competitive Tendering procedures of the Public Procurement Act,
2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of
Ghana.

- The Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the above project
Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a nonrefundable fee as stated, for each set. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied with tender security of 2% in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank or Tender Bond from an Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the
National Insurance Commission and shall be delivered to the address specified below.
Interested and eligible Construction firms are required to provide the following Statutory
Documents:
i. Valid Certificate of Business Registration (With up-to-date Annual Receipt)
ii. Valid Labour Certificate.
iii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate from GRA
iv. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (D3 K3)
v. Valid Power of Attorney (Where Applicable)
vi. Valid Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) Clearance Certificate.
vii. Valid Evidence of Public Procurement Authority Registration
Completed and sealed Tenders, bearing the address indicated below and clearly marked with the
Contract Package Name and Number must be submitted into the Tender Box located at the
Conference Room of the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly, Twedie on or before Thursday, 15th September, 2022 at 10:00am. Tenders will be opened at 10:00am on Thursday, 15th September, 2022 at the Conference Room of the Assembly in the presence of Tenderers or their
representatives who may choose to attend.
