Additional Information:: Interested eligible firms may obtain obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the University for Development Studies, Tamale (address below) from 8:30am to 5:00pm. A complete set of pre-qualification ocuments in English may be purchased by interested firms on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of GHS 300.00. Payment for purchase of the document should be made at Ghana Commercial Bank, Account Number 8011130004227 or NIB, Account Number 1142061222601

Application for pre-qualification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by Thursday, 8th September, 2022 and be clearly marked " Application to prequalify for the "Completion of Three(3)-Storey students' dissection rooms and Laboratory at the Tamale campus of the university for Development studies"
Notwithstanding the general requirements stated in the per-qualification Document, the under listed requirements are expressly demanded;
i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate (annual renewal receipt)
iv. Ministry of works and Housing Classification Certificate
v. Labour Certification
vi. Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Supplier Registration Certificate
