- 1. The Keta Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors for the Construction of Works as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) and Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the Address 1 from 22nd August, 2022 at 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT daily, during working days.
3. Only timber/timber products derived from legally harvested forest and from sustainable sources shall be accepted under this tender;
4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the Address 1 for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (500.00) only, for a document. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the Address 1 for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
5. Completed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the Address 2 on or before 11:00 hours GMT on Thursday 22nd September, 2022.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of the amount stated in the Table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Room, Keta Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on Thursday 22nd September, 2022
