Tender Description:: The Lawra Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its District Assemblies Common Fund-Responsiveness Factor Grant (DACF-RFG) to cover eligible payments for selected contracts in the Municipality.

The Lawra Municipal Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders for the following projects:

1. Construction of 1No. 2- Unit Kindergarten Block ,
With a KVIP Toilet, Urinal, Courtyard and Furnish (15 Hexagonal Tables and 25 Chairs) at Methorbour,

2. Construction of 1No. CHPS Compound, (2Unit WC, Visitors Benches, Cabinets, Double Door Fridge. Shelves, 2No.Delivery Beds, Curtains) at
Zambo-Korkori

3. Rehabilitate Lawra Traditional Council at Lawra

4. Construction of 1No 3- Unit Classroom Block with Office and Store/ancillary facilities and Supply of Furniture at Tabie

Additional Information:: Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the contractors figure in the form of a Reputable Insurance Company.

Tenders are to submit their completed tenders with the following documents:
1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificate
2. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
3. Valid and Current SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Valid and Current IRS/VAT Clearance Certificate
5. Valid and Current Labour Certificate
6. Valid and Current PPA Certificate
7. Assembly’s Business Registration Certificate
