- The South Dayi District Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations to cover eligible payments under the Contracts as below:
Rehabilitation of 6-Unit Classroom Block at Agbateh
- Additional Information:
- Tenders shall be valid for 120 Days and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of not less than two (2) percent of the total tender price. Tender security must be in the form of Bank Guarantee or Bond issued by an Insurance Institution.
Tenderers must submit with their tenders the following Documents
(a) Valid Company Registration Certificate.
(b) Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate,
(c) Valid VAT Certificate,
(d) Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
(e) Public Procurement Registration Certificate
(f) Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate (Class D3, K3),
(g) Valid Labour Certificate and other Documents indicated in the Tender Data.
