iii. Valid Works & Housing Certificate D3K3 or Above
iv. Valid Company Registration Certificate
v. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
vi. Bid Security
vii. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
viii. Power of Attorney
ix. Valid Contract Labour Certificate
x Tender Security of 2% of the Contract Sum
xi Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of
Tender submission.
