- 1.Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act,2003(663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Tender is opened to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. To be considered as responsive, tenderers shall quote for all items in the required quantities for the package. Tenderers which do not offer all the items under the package shall be rejected as incomplete. Tenderers shall submit their Tender with the following documents.
I. Valid Business Registration Certificate from the Registrar General Department (With evidence of current renewed annual receipt)
II.Valid Labor Clearance Certificate
III. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
IV. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
V. Bid Security in the amount specified in the table above (2% of the contract sum)
VII. Valid Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate (D3K3) and above
VII. Valid Ministry of Road and Highways Certificate (A3, B3) and above
VII.Evidence of PPA Registration
2.Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Municipal Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the Jirapa Municipal Assembly from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
3.Tender documents and additional copies may be purchased at the premises of the Jirapa Municipal Assembly for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵300.00) only, for each set.
4.Tenders must be deposited into the Tender box located in the Jirapa Municipal Assembly on or before 10:00 hours GMT on the 21ST September, 2022.Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of the amount stated in the table above. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the conference hall of the Jirapa Municipal Assembly at 10:00 hours GMT on the 21ST September,2022.
