Tender Description:
Procure and Distribute 550 pieces of Dual Desk for selected Schools.
Additional Information:
a. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tender the underlisted statutory requirements.
i. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
ii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
iii. Valid Business Registration Certificate
iv. Valid Works and Housing Certificate
v. Valid Labour Certificate
vi. Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
vii. A tender security amount of GHS5,000

b. Eligible Tenderers interested in obtaining the Tender Documents may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at the following address Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, from 09:00 hours to 17:00 Hours GMT

c The deadline for submission of Tenders is Thursday 29th September, 2022 at 10am local time. Tenders must be delivered to the Office of the Municipal Coordinating Director Suyani Municipal Assembly on or before the time specified above.

d. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form and amount specified in the Tender Documents.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of Sunyani Municipal Assembly.
