Tender Description:: The Bawku Municipal Assembly through the MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT has received Funds for District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT) and GETFUND EMERGENCY PROJECTS towards improvement of infrastructure and intends to apply part of the proceeds to cover eligible payment, for Works and Goods contracts whose requirements are indicated in the Table below:
Construction of 1No.2-Unit Kindergarten School Block at Bugri Corner M/A Basic School

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening. Tenders shall be delivered to the Secretary, Municipal Tender Committee on or before 10:00 hours Local Time on 27th September, 2022 at which time the tenders may be opened in the presence of tenderers who chose to attend.

All tenders must be accompanied by the following valid documents

Ministry of Water Resource, Works and Housing Certificate financial Classification D2/K2 or higher.
Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid Labour` Certificate
SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Bid Security as indicated in the table above
Evidence of registration with Public Procurement Authority
Certificate of incorporation
Valid Business Registration Certificate

Note: The employer is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender
Late Tenders will be rejected
