- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from The Procurement Department, Petroleum Commission, Ghana and inspect the tender documents at the address given below between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time each day from Monday to Friday.
A complete set of tender documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers upon submission of a written application to the Director, Finance and a payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00) for each document between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm local time from Monday to Friday. The method of payment shall be Banker’s draft payable to the Petroleum Commission, Ghana.
Tenders should be sealed and clearly marked with the appropriate PACKAGE AND LOT NUMBER and deposited in the Tender Box located at the Petroleum Commission Reception at or before 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 16th September, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of 2 % of the tender price and the following mandatory documents:
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable).
• Valid Business Registration Certificate with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Certificate of Commencement with up to date renewal receipt.
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
• All other certificates related to this line of activity.
Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders shall be opened publicly in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the Third Floor Conference Room on Friday, 16th September, 2022.
