I. Valid Registrar General’s certificate (With Evidence of renewal receipt)
II. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
(D3-K3)
III. Valid Public Procurement registration certificate or receipt
IV. Valid Ghana Revenue Authority tax Clearance certificate
V. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
VI. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
VII. Valid Bid Security of 2% of the total tender amount valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening
VIII. Power of Attorney.
b.. Sealed Tenders should be submitted into the Tender Box located at the Conference Hall of the Municipal Assembly, Tepa-Ashanti on or before Friday 23rd September, 2022 at 10:00am prompt. Tenders shall be opened immediately after closing of submission at the Conference Hall of the Municipal Assembly. Late Tenders shall be rejected.
