- 1. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Wenchi Municipal Co-ordinating Director, and to inspect the Tender documents. The office is opened from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT, Monday to Friday.
2. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the The Secretary,
Wenchi Municipal Assembly Tender Committee, on or before 11:00 hours GMT on 11th October, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% on tender amount . Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the Wenchi Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on Tuesday, 11th October, 2022.
