Tender Description:: The Suaman District Assembly have received funds from the Government of Ghana under the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payment for works.

Additional Information:: 1. The Suaman District Assembly now invites Sealed Tender from eligible contractors for the above mentioned project. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act (Amended) 914 and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
2. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by interested tenderers between the working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵500.00).
3. Sealed documents should be deposited into the tender box located at the address below at 10:00 Hours GMT on or before 6th October, 2022. Tenders would be opened in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend at the District Assembly Hall of the Suaman District Assembly at 10:00 Hours GMT.
4. All tenders must be accompanied with the following valid certificates.
• Ministry of Works and Housing Certificate {D3K3} or Above
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Labor Certificate
• Valid GRA Clearance Certificate
• SSNIT Clearance Certificate
• Bid security as indicated in the table above
• Evidence of PPA Registration
5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90days after tender opening.
