- Additional Information:
- i. Bidders may bid for more than 1 lot, as further defined in the bidding document. However, no Bidder will be awarded more than one contract
ii. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Coordinating Unit of the GKMA Sanitation and Water Project at any of the The Project Coordinating Unit-PCU - Kumasi or Accra Office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours
iii. Bids must be delivered to the Secretary to the Tender Committee
Kwadaso Municipal Assembly, on or before 10.00 hours local time, October 11, 2022. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at Secretary to the Tender Committee Kwadaso Municipal Assembly,Conference Room at 10.30 hours local time on October 11, 202
iv All Bids must clearly indicate the Lot Number at the back of the Envelope. And not more than one lot shall be put in the same envelope.
v. All Bids must be accompanied by a valid Bid Security in the Sum of a Minimum of 2% of the Bid Price for each Lot.
vi. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration
