- 2. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act , 2003 (Act,663) as amended and as in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. A set of tender documents may be purchased for a non -refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis Only (Ghc 300.00) upon a written application to the address below from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm at the Finance Department of the Municipal Assembly.
4. Tenders shall be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the amount or percentage stated above. It is mandatory that Tenders should be accompanied by the following documents:
• Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate.
• Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate D3K3
• Valid VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Valid Certificate of Commencement
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Form
• Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
5. Tenders not accompanied by any of the above listed documents will be declared non-responsive. The complete Tender Document must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the address above on or before ………………….at 10:00am. Tenders will be opened in the presence of interested tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend in the Conference Room of the Municipal Assembly in Kasoa.
