- a. Bidders would be required to provide the following:
1. Valid Ministry of water Resources , Works and Housing Registration Certificate
2. Valid Internal Revenue Service Clearance Certificate
3. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
4. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate
5. Valid Business Registration Certificate
6. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
b. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of tender figure and valid for 120 Days after lender closing any Insurance Company of good standing with the Ghana Insurance Commission.
c. Complete Tender Documents are to be deposited in a "Tender Box" at the Office of the Head of Procurement Ahafo Regional Co-ordinating Council on or before 11.00 a.m. on Monday 3rd October 2022. Tenders will be opened publicly in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
d. Contractors shall be selected in accordance with the procedures for the selection of contractors
