1. CONSTRUCTION OF 16NO. LOCKABLE STORES AT KYIRAPATRE MARKET (OPPOSITE KYIRAPATRE LORRY TERMINAL).

- a.Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the Asokwa Municipal
Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 09:00 hours to
16:30 hours GMT.
b. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amendment Act, 2016 (Act 914) of the Republic of Ghana.
c .Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 10:00 hours GMT on 29 th
September, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above. Late Tenders
will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to
attend at the Conference Room of the Asokwa Municipal Assembly at 10:30 hours GMT on 29 th
September,
