Tender Description:: The NABDAM DISTRICT EDUCATION AND HEALTH DIRECTORATES have received funds from the Member of Parliament’s share of the Education Fund and National Health Insurance Authority Fund and intends to apply part of the budgetary allocations to cover eligible payments under contracts for the construction of Education and Health Facilities respectively.

The NABDAM DISTRICT EDUCATION AND HEALTH DIRECTORATES , invites sealed Bids from eligible contractors with category D3 K3 financial class or higher by the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing for undertaking of the following projects

1. Construction 2-Unit Classroom Block with ancillary facilities at Dasabligo.

BID SECURITY (VALID FOR 120 DAYS) : 2% of Tender Amount

CONTRACT IDENTIFICATION NO : NDA/MP/GES/GETFund/WKS/22/01

DURATION: 6 months

2. Construction of Emergency Ward with ancillary facilities at Sakoti

BID SECURITY (VALID FOR 120 DAYS) : 2% of Tender Amount

CONTRACT IDENTIFICATION NO: NDA/MP/GHS/NHIA/WKS/22/01

DURATION: 6 months

Additional Information:: i. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (ACT 663) and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

ii. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the District Works Department, Nangodi from 9:00am to 4:00pm local time during week days from Monday, 5 th September, 2022.

iii. The Bids shall be accompanied by:
1. Tender Security which shall be valid for 120 days after Bid Opening, from a recognized Insurance Company in good standing with the National Insurance Commission or a Commercial Bank in the form of Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Bank Guarantee.
2. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
3. Valid IRS/GRA Clearance Certificate
4. Valid Labour Certificate
5. Business Registration Certificate
6. Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate
7. Power of attorney where applicable
8. Valid PPA Registration Certificate
