- i. Tendering would be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NTC) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act, 663) as amended inAct 2016 (Act, 914).
ii. A complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased at the address stated below from 08:00 – 17:00 hours GMT starting from Wednesday September 14th , 2022)
iii. Sealed Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below before 10:00 hours GMT on Wednesday, 28th September, 2022. This will be followed immediately by tender opening in the presence of Tenderers or Representatives who chose to attend at the Builsa North Municipal Assembly Conference Hall. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline for submission. Late Tenders will be rejected.
iv. All Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
a. Tender Security of Ghc3000.00 in the form of Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Firm currently in good standing with the National Insurance Commission
b. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
c. Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Valid Labour Certificate
e. Ministry of Works and & Housing Registration Certificate
f. Power of Attorney
g. Evidence of Registration with Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
