- The Gushegu Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its share of the District Development Facility (DDF) to cover eligible payment for Goods whose requirement is indicated in the Table below;

- ⦁ The Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors/Suppliers for the Supply of Goods as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by Act 914 of 2016.
⦁ Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit Office from 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days.
⦁ Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00). Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.
⦁ Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents:
⦁ Valid Business Registration
⦁ Valid GRA Income Tax Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Labour Certificate
⦁ Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
⦁ Valid Certificate of Public Procurement Authority (PPA)
⦁ Valid Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification Certificate. (D3K3)

⦁ Tenders must be deposited into the box located at address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on 11th October, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table
above for each package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representative, who chooses to attend at the General Assembly Hall of the Municipal Assembly at 11.00 hours GMT on 11th October, 2022.
