- The NIC invites sealed tenders from eligible Automobile vendors for the above procurement. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the procurement office of the NIC, Accra, and inspect the tender document at the address and location given from 22nd September, 2022, Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 3:30pm local time each day.
A complete set of Tender documents in the English Language may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis Only (GHS500.00) for each documents. The method of payment will be by Cheque or Bank Draft to the National Insurance Commission.
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box located at the Auditorium, on the first floor of IITC Building, National Insurance Commission, Appiah Ampofo House, Independence Avenue, North Ridge, Accra at or before 2:00pm on 6th October, 2022.
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of not less than two percent (2%) of the tender price from either a Reputable Bank or an Insurance Company. Late tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend to in nose masks at the Auditorium, first floor, of IITC building, NIC at 2:15pm on the submission date indicated above.
All tenders must be accompanied by:
Valid Business Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate, Valid Tax Clearance, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid SSNIT Clearance, Manufacturers Authorization, PPA Certificate and Power of Attorney.
