- E.P College of Education, Bimbilla intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation to cover eligible payments under the Contracts for Technical Services and Supply of Goods packages indicated in the Table below:

- Tenders must be accompanied with the following statutory documents;
i. Business Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
iii. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
iv. VAT Registration Certificate
v. PPA Certificate
Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the deadline of Tender submission.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender amount. Tender Security should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company.The E.P College of Education, Bimbilla now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Service Providers and Suppliers for the Execution of Services and Supply of Goods indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the amended Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) of the Republic of Ghana.
Tenders must be accompanied with the following statutory documents;
Business Registration Certificate

VAT Registration Certificate
PPA Certificate
Tender Security Amount (GHc): 2% of tender price
Delivery Period: Two (2) months
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the E.P College of Education, Bimbilla and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT each day from Monday to Friday.
Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 200.00) only, for each set. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Documents from the September 20, 2022.
Tenders must be deposited into the Tender Box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on Friday, September 30, 2022. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 60 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of amounts stated in the table above for each package. Tender Security should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company.
Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives, who may choose to attend at the Conference Hall of the E.P College of Education, Bimbilla at 11.00 hours GMT on Friday, September 30, 2022.
